See the grounds for your ParkingEye appeal before you pay

Answer questions about your ParkingEye notice: the dates, the signs, who was driving. We check your answers against the rules, then show you on screen which grounds apply to your case. That part is free. The £4.99 unlocks the letter itself.

Looking for the operator's own appeal? It is free at portal.parkingeye.co.uk. Use it if you already know what to write. This is for when you do not, and you would rather not spend an evening on the forums.

No grounds found? No charge, and no checkout is created.

£4.99 once, a fraction of the charge you are disputing · POPLA/IAS second-stage letter included for 90 days · No subscription · You submit it yourself

23.6% of decided cases were allowed (binomial interval on the methodology page).

We publish these outcomes in full, including the ones that went against drivers. The casefile does not predict your result. It checks your notice against the rules the appeal is decided under, and tells you when your answers support no ground at all. Source: England & Wales rows, POPLA Annual Report 2025 appendix.

Check the route for your notice

They decide whether this route fits your case at all. If it does not, we say so and nothing is charged.

How it works

Structured first, language second

1 · Scope

Check the route

Private parking, England or Wales, ordinary appeal stages and your own vehicle.

2 · Map

Select supported grounds

Dates, position and evidence determine which rules and requests apply.

3 · Deliver

Read and submit

Complete any remaining placeholders locally, check the text and submit it yourself.

See the versioned build chain and automated checks.

Deadlines

Dates matter

Submit to the operator within 28 days of the date on the notice. If refused, submit to POPLA within 28 days using the code and date from the rejection.

Discount trade-off

Ask for three separate confirmations

Appealing may affect the discounted amount, additional charges and enforcement in different ways; your letter asks the operator to confirm each in writing.

FAQ

Before you start

Does this submit the appeal for me?

No. You check the casefile, fill the personal placeholders locally and submit it through the route on your notice.

What personal details do you need?

The grounds check needs no email. Email is required only when you request the letter. Name, vehicle registration and parking charge reference are optional and inserted into the letter when supplied. Address and any empty identifiers are filled locally after delivery.

What happens if generation fails?

No checkout is created when generation or validation fails, so there is no charge.

Is a second-stage letter included?

Yes. A paid casefile includes one POPLA or IAS standard-stage letter. Your delivery page shows the date until which it is available.

What if the operator refuses?

Use the reply decoder to identify the ordinary next route. A refusal does not mean the supplied content was faulty and is not itself a refund reason.

Law and code references checked on 6 September 2026: Private Parking Sector Single Code of Practice v1.1 (in force 17 February 2025; foreword updated 13 April 2026); the statutory Code under the Parking (Code of Practice) Act 2019 is not in force at this date.
