The service and total price

The Private Parking Appeal Casefile costs £4.99 as a one-off payment. The explorer variant supplies an unreviewed draft at no cost and offers an optional ten-check review for £4.99. No subscription or hidden service fee is added.

The paid casefile contains five artefacts:

  1. A 450–800 word private-parking appeal letter.
  2. A Case Map showing each ground as included, needs evidence or not used.
  3. An Evidence Schedule showing what is available, what to gather and what to request.
  4. A Submission Card with route, date-based deadline and attachments.
  5. A What to Expect sheet with England & Wales operator context where available.

The order also includes one second-stage POPLA or IAS standard letter and one reply decoder route check. The delivery page states the second-stage availability date. The decoder remains available until a reply is received, capped at 120 days from payment.

Digital content

The five artefacts, including the letter, are digital content. Before production you must record both of these statements:

I ask you to start producing my casefile immediately, before the 14-day cancellation period ends.

I understand that once the digital content is delivered I lose the right to cancel this order under regulation 29(1); my rights if the content is faulty are unaffected.

These confirmations use consent text version ccr-v2-2026-09-06 and a timestamp. The order email repeats the exact texts, version and timestamp on a durable medium.

The casefile is prepared before paid checkout. After Stripe confirms payment, it is supplied immediately on screen and by email link. Rights relating to faulty digital content are unaffected.

Services

The reply decoder and second-stage letter are services supplied after the initial digital content. The form has an additional unchecked confirmation: “Please start the services now.”

The standard IAS route is made within 28 days of the operator's rejection, is free and binds only the operator. A non-standard IAS appeal requires the operator's consent, a £15 contribution and binds both parties. The product displays that route only as information and never selects it automatically.

Refunds and corrections

If a paid casefile is not delivered, we provide an automatic full refund. If you report a wrong legal citation within 14 days of payment, we will correct the casefile or refund the payment. Contact hello@elanvale.com with the Checkout Session identifier.

A refusal by the operator, POPLA or the IAS is not a refund reason. The service supplies checked self-help documents; it does not decide or promise the result.

Data handling

The form requires an email address and optionally accepts a name, vehicle registration and parking charge reference. Those optional values are inserted into the letter. An address and any empty identifiers can be completed locally after delivery. The reply decoder accepts plain text up to 3,000 characters and does not store the pasted text.

Orders, structured inputs, generated content, delivery state and server-side funnel events are held in a private Vercel Blob store for up to 120 days. Stripe receives only the order identifier, product, cohort and variant in Checkout metadata.

First-party browser storage and cookies retain gclid, UTM values, operator, cohort and variant for up to 90 days. When the Google Ads environment settings are enabled, appeal pages load Google's tag for analytics and advertising measurement, record begin-checkout and paid purchase conversions, and provide the delivery email to Google's enhanced-conversion process.

Because email is collected before payment, we may send checkout reminders around one hour and 24 hours after an incomplete checkout. Each reminder has a signed one-click unsubscribe link.

You may request deletion by emailing us from the delivery address. Payment records required for accounting, fraud prevention or disputes may still be retained.

Your responsibilities

This is a self-help service, not legal advice. We do not submit any letter for you. You must check every fact, complete the local placeholders, attach supporting material and submit through the correct route by the deadline on your documents.

Governing law

These terms and the service are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Reference regime

Law and code references checked on 6 September 2026: Private Parking Sector Single Code of Practice v1.1 (in force 17 February 2025; foreword updated 13 April 2026); the statutory Code under the Parking (Code of Practice) Act 2019 is not in force at this date.
